  Our Company began operations in 1970 as a single point Toyota dealership. Our Mission Statement was simply to apply the Golden Rule to every transaction and treat all our customers with the courtesy, honesty and respect that they are entitled to. Apparently our mission has been successful because our Companies have grown to encompass 13 separate franchises including Toyota, Mazda, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Lexus, Subaru, Hyundai, Land Rover, Volkswagen, Kia, Scion and GEM  . These franchises are housed in six separate state of the art facilities in the Amherst – Tonawanda area. We have grown from within and provide jobs for over 500 employees.We offer all our sales customers a gift called Platinum Plus, soon after the purchase of a new or renewed vehicle, Northtown customers receive their personalized Platinum Plus card and the savings begin!! 
We are recipients of numerous customer satisfaction awards including the "Elite of Lexus", Chrysler 5 Star Certification and Time Magazines Quality Dealer Awards.

The Northtown Commitment extends deep into our community.  We are heavily involved in fundraising efforts for the Kaleida Health, MDA, United Way, American Diabetes Foundation, American Cancer Society, Leukemia Association, March of Dimes Walk America, Childrens Hospital of Buffalo, Boy Scouts of America, Catholic Charities, Amherst Pepsi Center, Temple Beth Zion, Jewish Community Center of Greater Buffalo, Amherst Youth Board, Musicfare Theatre and Orleans/Niagara Boad of Cooperative Education
